Special customers now have abilities! Here are some frequently asked questions:

Q: What are special customers? How do I unlock them?
A: After you beat level 22-1, you can access the Customer Store via the icon in the top right corner of the main screen, and invite special customers to your restaurant.
Each special customer has one ability. Learn more about the various abilities in-game.
Q: How do I invite special customers?
There are several ways to invite special customers:
1. Some special customers are available for purchase in the Customer Store.
2. Some can be invited by buying certain Gold Passes and reaching a certain tier of the pass.
3. You can also invite them through activities like Lucky Draw; watch out for events with special customers.
4. Buy a blind box to unlock a random special customer that you don't have yet.
Q: Why do special customers sometimes not show up in my restaurant after I've invited them?
A: Once you've invited a customer/customers, go to "My Customers" and select the ones you want to show up. You can also try out customers you haven't invited yet.
Customers appear in levels by random, but your selected special customers will have a higher probability of appearing than regular customers.
There's no limit to how many special customers you can select; choose them strategically to help you beat levels!

Q: What are special customer abilities? What kinds of abilities do they have?
A: You can see info about special customers' abilities in the Customer Store. Info about Gold Pass customers' abilities will also show up in the Gold Pass screen.Here is a list of all currently available customer abilities:
1. Good Vibes: other customers' patience recovers by a certain amount.
2. Fireproof: prevents food from burning for some time.
3. Snap Freeze: combo timer freezes for some time.
4. Cool Head: special customer's patience bar freezes for some time.
5. MVP: chance of getting bonus points for team activities after beating event levels.
6. Speedrunner: chance of getting bonus points for Chef League seasons after beating event levels.
7. Energetic: chance of not losing energy after failing a level.
Q: Can I try out special customers to see how their abilities work?
A: You can go to the Customer Store and activate a free trial on the customer you would like to try out.The free trial will last 10 minutes. During this time, the customer will appear in any level you play and you can observe how their ability works (you can try out multiple special customers at once).After the free trial ends, you won't be able to use the special customer again until you invite them.

Q: Can special customer abilities stack with other boosters and benefits?
A: Customer abilities and boosters can take effect at the same time, but they won't stack. For example:
1. Good Vibes: customers' patience can only recover to max patience
2. Fireproof: when used with Super Cooker, duration doesn't stack, but overlaps; effect lasts until whichever one's duration runs out last.
3. Cool Head: when used with puddings, duration doesn't stack, but overlaps; effect lasts until whichever one's duration runs out last.
What are special customer blind boxes? How do I get them?
Special customer blind boxes can be found in the Customer Store. Buying a blind box will get you a new special customer. See below for details:
1. Every time you buy a blind box, you will unlock a random special customer contained in that blind box.
2. Each blind box contains several special customers. Different blind boxes contain different special customers.
3. On the first day of every month, the blind boxes will rotate.
4. When you open a blind box, the chance of getting each special customer is the same, and you will not get a special customer that you already have. If you already have all the customers in the blind box, then you will be unable to buy it. You will need to wait until a blind box with one or more uninvited customers becomes available.
Make sure to update your game to the latest version and connect online to obtain the latest blind boxes!

What are special customer ability levels?
Each special customer ability has multiple levels. The higher the level, the more powerful its effects:
1. Good Vibes: other customers' patience will recover more.
2. Fireproof: prevents food from burning for a longer time.
3. Snap Freeze: combo timer freezes for a longer time.
4. Cool Head: special customer's patience bar freezes for a longer time.
5. MVP: higher chance of getting 1 bonus point for team activities after beating event levels.
6. Speedrunner: higher chance of getting 2 bonus points for Chef League seasons after beating event levels.
7. Energetic: higher chance of not losing energy after failing a level.

How to upgrade a special customer's ability?
Currently, there are two ways to upgrade a special customer's ability:
